Gwen mireklamo sa PNP chief batok ni Garbo
CEBU, Philippines - Pormal nga gipirmahan ni suspended Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia atubangan sa mga sakop sa media ang reklamo nila ngadto sa PNP Chief Director General Allan Purisima batok ni PRO-7 Regional director Marcelo Garbo Jr.
Kini subay sa alegasyon sa kampo sa gobernador nga gi-harass sa mga sakop ni Garbo ang mga supporter sa gobernador ug ang paghimo og gubot sa Kapitolyo.
Sigon pa ni Garcia na-traumatized siya sa pagbutang og 600 ka mga polis sa palibot sa Kapitolyo; kanunay nga paghulga ni Garbo nga pugson siya sa pagpakanaog; uban pang mga aksyon nga nakaingon sa iyang kakulang og katulog.
“Imagine the indescribable fear and panic it created among my family, office staff and supporters who have been keeping vigil at the Governor's Office where I stand firm to question an illegal suspension order before the proper forum,†sigon pa ni Garcia.
“Indeed, Gen. Garbo's threat is a violation of Ethical Doctrine Manual for the Philippine National Police, specifically Chapter 3 (Professional conduct and Ethical Standards), Section 2.9 thereof, which provides: Respect for Human Rights-In the performance of duty.
Si Gwen midugang nga wala na tahora pa ni Garbo ang ilang katungod. Wala hinuon mangayo si Garcia nga ipabalhin si Garbo sa ubang lugar.
