Barangay contact number does not answer

A caller dialed the contact number of the barangay hall and was surprised that it was like a call center hotline. There was a voice prompt that tells which numbers to press to get someone from to the appropriate office. The happy surprise was soon replaced with disappointment and annoyance after no one answered the phone after the caller had waited for 30 minutes and dialed the hotline many times. “Unsaon man nang hotline-hotline kung way motubag?” the caller told The FREEMAN.
