Girlie bar won't let men in, suspecting they are cops

TO THE BAR. An Ear source said he was out for a night in the town with a balikbayan classmate and another friend and decided to take them to one of his favorite girlie bars. But for some reason the mama-san (floor manager) would not let them in.

BARRED.  The Ear source late0r said he thinks the mama-san suspected his companions were policemen. "Abi tingali niya og mga polis akong kuyog," he said. True enough his companions were clean-shaven, smartly dressed and in good physical shape.
