K to 12 quality

100 PERCENT. Under the Department of  Education's K to 12 Program, there has to be 100 percent passing rate among students, said our Ear informer, an educator. If there are students who fail, it is the responsibility of the teacher to hold summer classes with no service credits.

QUALITY. If K to 12 is pushing for quality education, where does quality come in with such a directive, our informer added. “Mapugos ang maestra pagpapasar sa tanan estudyante kay kung manghagbong sya, kinahanglan sya mag summer class! Asa man ang quality ana?”
