INSANE CITIZENS. This corner has time and again reminded city officials of the presence still of insane members of our community.

An insane woman in dirty tattered clothes had just entered the church when a security guard accosted her and told her to get out. “Gawas, gawas, ba’y ni sa Ginoo,” the guard was heard telling the woman, who obediently got out. One of those who heard the guard drive the “buang” out said: “Abi ba to nako ang balay sa Ginoo alang sa tanan, lakip na ang hinikawan sa hustong pangisip.”
