INSANE CITIZENS. This corner has time and again reminded city officials of the presence still of insane members of our community. Not long ago sa mentally sick woman was seen relieving herself along Natalio Bacalso Ave, then throwing her waste (in a plastic bag) at a passing bus. The Ear could not ascertain if someone was hit. BATHING IN THE RAIN. Also not long ago, in the middle of the night, another woman psychopath was seen bathing in the rain on Osmeña Blvd. (Jones Ave.) in the nude. “At first she bathed with her clothes on,” said an Ear source, “later she took offf all her clothes and then kept jumping (‘naglukso-lukso’) like a child in the middle of the road, sometimes stopping traffic.”
