Geneve Suelto, an emergency laborer of Philippine Postal Corporation Region VII assigned at Dumaguete City Post Office found a wallet containing more than P59,000 near the gate of Siliman University Medical Center during one of his usual mail rounds.


There was no ID card or any form of identification on in the wallet and so he turned it over to ABS-CBN Dumaguete.

                    [Summary] => A 16-year-old boy and his adult companion have intervened in a heated altercation between a man and his wife by attacking and wounding the 40-yr-old husband at sitio Laguerta in barangay Lahug this dawn.  


The teenager stabbed the left shoulder of Esmeraldo Camelo with a 6-inch Batangas knife, then his companion Winefredo Caballero struck the victim's mouth with a spade.


The wounded Esmeraldo was taken to the Cebu City Medical Center right after the incident.
