Postman returns wallet containing P59 thou

Despite the present economic situation, a postman was still honest enough not to take for himself a wallet containing a small fortune that he found in the street.

Geneve Suelto, an emergency laborer of Philippine Postal Corporation Region VII assigned at Dumaguete City Post Office found a wallet containing more than P59,000 near the gate of Siliman University Medical Center during one of his usual mail rounds.

There was no ID card or any form of identification on in the wallet and so he turned it over to ABS-CBN Dumaguete.
