 The Department of Education (DepEd) , which hosts this year’s athletic meet, said that the delegations are composed of athletes, coaches and representatives of the different participating schools, colleges and universities from the region’s five provinces, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino and Batanes.
