Pagkaing ‘gamot’ sa mahinang kalusugan (Last part)

1. Kung kulang sa Vitamin D: nagkakaroon ng problema sa buto, panlulugon ng buhok, mood changes.

Kaya kumain ng pagkaing mayaman sa Vit D kagaya ng oily fish (salmon, mackerel), mushroom, egg yolk, red meat, liver.

2. Kung kulang sa zinc: matagal maghilom ang sugat, may white marks sa kuko,  madalas lagnatin.

Kumain ng mayaman sa zinc kagaya ng oyster, crabs, beef, lobster, legumes, kasuy and nuts.

3. Kung kulang sa calcium: osteoporosis, muscle cramps, pangingimi ng kamay at paa, abnormal heart rhythm, dry skin, tooth decay and gum disease.

Kumain ng pagkaing mayaman sa calcium kagaya ng gatas, yogurt, cheese, dark green leafy vegetables, soybeans, broccoli, oranges, almonds.

4. Kung kulang sa Vitamin A: problema sa paningin, problema sa pagbubuntis, dry skin, mahinang lumaki ang bata, respiratory infection, tinatagihawat.

Kumain ng mayaman sa Vitamin A: beef liver, salmon, mackerel, cheddar cheese, eggs, shellfish, whole milk, kamote, kalabasa, carrots, spinach, mangga, melon, grapefruit at papaya.
