Galing sa mixed ancestry ang mga taong may AB Blood type. Kaya ang angkop na diet ay kombinasyon ng A and B blood type diets: Gulay at mga butil na sinamahan ng red meat, fish, at dairy products.

Guidelines for Losing Weight:

1. Pagkaing makapagpapabawas ng timbang: Dairy, seafood, tofu, seaweeds, greens, pineapple.

2. Hindi dapat kainin kapag nagbabawas ng timbang: Red meat, buckwheat, beans, corn, seeds.

3. Kung kakain sa labas: Kahit saan basta’t iwasan ang fastfoods.

Guidelines sa paggamit ng cooking oil sa pagluluto:

1. Safe and Healthy Cooking Oils and Fats: Ang coconut oil, peanut oil ay mainam gamitin sa deep fat frying dahil hindi lumilikha ng oxidized toxic particle kahit sa mataas na temperature.

2. Hindi sinasabing masama silang cooking oil ngunit madaling lumikha ng oxidized toxic particle sa mataas ng temperature: Canola oil, corn oil, safflower oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil. Kaya huwag gamitin sa deep fat frying. Gamitin lang na pang-gisa.

3. Healthy Oils - but DO NOT heat them: Olive oil, flaxseed oil, sesame oil, walnut oil. Ibig sabihin ay ihahalo lang ang mga ito sa salad o ihahalo lang matapos lutuin ang pagkain.
