Pag-aresto sa 4 US Marines, naantala

-

Daniel Smith, samantalang sina Chad Carpentier, Keith Silkwood at Dominic Duplantis ay kapwa naghain ng motions to suspend or defer proceedings.

Nagsumite rin ng tatlong mosyon ang Pinoy drayber na si Timoteo Soriano Jr. kabilang ang motion to quash, motion for judicial determination of a probable cause at motion to hold para sa pagpapalabas ng arrest warrant laban sa kanya.

"These issues must be resolved first before warrants could be issued against the accused," pahayag ni Dilag.

(Jeff Tombado)
