Harry Roque pinadi-disbar sa SC sa ‘polvoron’ video

Ludy Bermudo - Pilipino Star Ngayon

“We filed this disbarment case as an officer of the court. Alam ninyo kaming mga lawyers, we are given the privilege to practice the law pero (it has) corresponding responsibilities,” ani Matibag sa panayam ng media.

“It’s been established that that’s fake news, fake evidence so tignan natin (let’s see) how the Supreme Court will appreciate it as a lawyer being the one who is posting it,” aniya pa.

“But the more important thing is ‘yung responsibility natin as an officer of the court as a lawyer, so dapat mataas ang standard namin so when we use social media dapat ‘yung responsibility natin nandodoon,” paliwanag niya.
