Kabilang dito ang pag-bypass sa NCSC bilang ollegial body, 11 acts ng grave abuse of authority, four acts ng gross misconduct, nine acts ng gross negligence of duty, two acts ng ignorance of the law, at conduct inimical to the interest of the public.

“Sadly, many of their findings, which called for reforms and corrections, are continuously being ignored by the Chair. Worse, he is repeatedly committing acts deemed by the House of Representatives as illegal, improper and whimsical,” pahayag ng limang NCSC Commissioners.
