Dagdag sahod sa Timog Mindanao
Ito ‘yung bagong dagdag sahod para sa mga manggagawa sa Southern Mindanao na pinalabas ng Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board-XI.
Inaasahan na kahit paano ang makakabenepisyo nito ang mga mangagagawa at sana naman ay makakabawi na rin ang mga negosyante sa hagupit na dala ng pandemya sa ekonomiya hindi lang ng bansa ngunit ng buong mundo.
Ang bulk ng mga workers sa Southern Mindanao ay nasa agriculture at service industries.
“The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board – XI published Wage Order No. RBXI-21 on 03 June 2022 in Sunstar Davao.
The minimum wage increase is given in two and three tranches. A P31.00 wage increase is given to all sectors upon effectivity of the Wage Order and another P16.00 on January 1, 2023.
For retail/service establishments employing not more than 10 workers an additional P15.00 is given on April 1, 2023.
After full implementation of the tranches, the minimum wage rate in the region will range from P438 to P443.
The new wage order would take effect on June 18.”
