Confusing birthday and birth anniversary

STILL ALIVE! After reading about what some people called the 143rd birthday of Sergio Osmeña Sr. yesterday, a man was shocked beyond belief.

“143rd birthday? Buhi pa diay ni siya?!” the man was heard saying.

“Sayop man gud na, birthday ang i-celebrate kung buhi pa. Birth anniversary i-celebrate kung patay na ang tawo,” his friend explained.

“Aw lagi.”
