Laugh! Breathe deeply! Be hahappy! Laughter coupled with deep breathing is the best, fastest way to feel great! Aside from food and water, air is a vital element to survive. They are the combo team that makes us live!

Dr. Otto Heinrich Warburg, a German doctor twice awarded the Nobel Prize, made the correlation between air and the major organs in our bodies. That deep breathing oxygenates cells in the major organs of our bodies.

Stress causes our breathing to become irregular... sometimes fast, sometimes slow, and sometimes we hold our breath, thus depriving cells in our bodies of the much-needed oxygen — that make us SICK!

Deep breathing benefits: burns calories, stretches lungs, boost energy, improves skin. When feeling nervous, stressed, tired ... breath deeply. Not shallow breathing from the chest. To monitor breathing, the chest must contract as you inhale, and as you exhale, diaphragm expands. Breathing in slowly, inhale good, positive, healthy, happy thoughts. Breathing out slowly and deeply, exhale negative thoughts and emotions. Clear the mind and heart of hurtful baggage!

Be mindful when doing deep breathing exercises. Do them regularly... they calm, energize, and lighten stress-anxiety-related situations!

Peace and abundance to us all!
