Expiry dates

EXPIRY DATES. There are still food products with expiry dates too close to expiration that are displayed in some grocery stores. This was reported to an Ear informer by a Korean lady. She said after a customer has purchased this product it was either expired or vey near the expiration date.

SHELF-LIFE. The same Korean lady, who has been residing in Cebu for two years, said in her country food products displayed in the markets have shelf-life “very far from the expiry dates” printed on the label. This is the nth time The Ear has reported matters pertaining to expiry dates on food items.
