Bill against immorality sought

SUGGESTION. A catechist called up The Ear to request that her suggestion be given space in this column. Her suggestion: “Instead of the controversial RH Bill, the congressmen and senators should introduce a simple bill that would stop immorality among teenagers in school.”   

BOYFRIENDS. The caller said as a teacher in a public elementary school (aside from her being a catechist in her parish) she knows of girls 14 and below who have more than one boyfriends (“uyab”) and who have admitted to having sex with their BFs. “I have a 13-year-old girl pupil who has three boyfriends,” the teacher said.
