Embarrassing pose

 EMBARRASSING POSE. The mother of a college coed asked The Ear if she could sue a photography hobbyist (not a photo journalist) for taking a picture of her daughter in what she described as “an embarrassing position” with her boyfriend. The photographer, she said, has been showing the picture to her daughter’s schoolmates. 

REFERENCE. The Ear advised the aggrieved mother to bring this matter to a competent lawyer for advice and/ or legal action. She said her daughter wants her parents to sue the photographer now.
