Mentally sick beggar

PSYCHO CASE. There are still some mentally sick persons (the human rightists don’t want them to be called “buang”) roaming around the city streets. One afternoon recently, a housewife from Labangon was approached by a man (in T-shirt and shorts) who said nothing but opened his right hand (palm) as if to ask for something. The housewife got the cue and put a P20 bill on his palm. The man smiled, walked a few steps and threw the money away.

HUMAN BEHAVIOR. The housewife could only shake her head and say: “Bisan ang human behavior ron nausab na tungod ba kaha sa climate change?” The man who threw the money away walked back and the housewife, thinking he heard what she said, got scared and ran inside a store to hide. The Ear informer said he had a good laugh that afternoon.
