Top cops in hot water: Spot the difference

NO ORDINARY COPS. Two prominent policemen are now in hot water. One allegedly did something he wasn’t supposed to do. The other got the ire of a powerful politician for not doing enough. He said that of the two policemen, the other cop who immediately quit his post over the scandal he is now involved in, is at least pro-active. “At least this other cop did the honorable thing and immediately quit his post.
