Grateful farmers offer thanksgiving in the rain

RAINS WELCOMED. The farmers in a Southern town are grateful to God that the rains have come. An Ear source said the farmers and members of their families went out to the fields during a heavy downpour breaking into what someone described as “euphoric thanksgiving.”
HOLY MASS. The farmers later went to church to attend the Thanksgiving Mass celebrated by a priest whose father was a farmer. “Napari siya gumikan sa pagpanguma sa iyang amahan,” the Ear source said.
