PCOS machine malfunctions have US connections?

CONSPIRACY THEORY. More conspiracy theories have emerged with the numerous elections malfunctions connected to the PCOS machines. A mediaman was heard telling his colleagues in the business that PCOS memory cards have been reconfigured so that Noynoy and Binay would come out as winners. He was heard saying, “US is behind this so they could control the government.”

NOT BITING. But other members of the media who heard him are not buying his line. A friend told him, “Mora’g layo man nang istoryaha. Dili na lang ta maghunahuna ana. Suportahan nalang nato ang kadaugan ni Noynoy and hope for the best.”
