Hairspray and Miss Philippines Earth pageant

BIG HAIR. During the Miss Philippines Earth pageant, an Ear informer saw many women with voluminous hair sprayed stiff with hairspray, from contestants, emcees and even the made-up women in the audience. The informer said, “Can you just imagine the amount of hairspray used for these women? It’s enough to punch a hole in the ozone layer. Haha!”

ECO-FRIENDLY PRODUCTS. To which another observer said, “Ironic isn’t it? Wala untay gamitay og hair spray. They should have used beer, egg whites or organic hair products that do not destroy the earth. They should practice what they preach and do all they can to protect Mother Earth. Di ba that’s the essence of what the pageant represents?”
