The biggest election violation is "allowed" to go on

INNOCENT, BUT ...  Former President Erap Estrada keeps saying he is innocent, not guilty, of the crime of plunder for which he was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment. His son Jinggoy keeps saying so too. Qualified observers however are saying: “Kun innocent siya, nganong mangayo man og pardon. Di iyang fight-ton ang iyang conviction alang sa iyang katungod. Pero in the meantime, adto siya puyo sa bilangguan dili sa iyang hamugaway nga panimalay.”

ELECTION VIOLATION. The election violation which the Comelec is training its eyes on with serious intention is the illegal posting of campaign materials like posters, banners and streamers. One keen observer, who called up The Ear, said “the bigger violation which is the intervention of professional politicians is left untouched.” He said: “Sumala sa balaud ang eleksiyon sa barangay ug SK usa ka non-political activity apan daghang politiko ang way ukon-ukon nga nangapil.”
