NOT AGAIN? The Ear again heard of the same modus operandi reported to The Ear yesterday about people who board jeepneys asking money from passengers to supposedly "help" the disabled buy wheelchairs. The informer said that this has been happening everyday this week. "Nahitabo sab ni last year.
ANTI-MENDICANCY LAW. The Ear informer said that a uniformed policeman was onboard the jeep and witnessed the deed but didn't do anything. "Di ba naa man tay anti-mendicancy law?
