Narrow road no longer being used for funeral processions

- The Ear -
DEAD ROAD NO MORE. This narrow road in a city barangay is no longer being used for lengthy funeral processions to the cemetery. People say it is something they thank their barangay officials for.

"Sa kaniadto ma-traffic mi'g maayo," a driver said, "two lanes ra gud to ang dalan unya usa ka lane gi-angkon sa minatay. Trapik kaayo unya layo pa gyud ang rota."

"Bitaw," one of his passengers agreed, "kaniadto mabalot lang mi tungod sa mga lubong, hinay ra ba gyud kaayo manlihok ang mga porlon. Naa pa to'y kas-a nga tulo ka lubong nagsunod-sunod."

He said he once almost lost his temper because of the delay.

"Lami kaayo i-syagit sa mga tagtungod sa minatay: Ipadaplin sa nang patay, paunaha'g agi ning mga buhi!"
