Indian stiffs sex worker, gets belongings stolen

Emmanuel Tupas - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines — An Indian man lost his motorcycle, cash and other personal belongings in Quezon City yesterday to a sex worker who was angered by his attempt to get her services for free.

Jaspal Khangura, 34, sought police assistance after the suspect, whom he identified as Ba Sha, stole his motorbike, iPhone worth P66,000 and P2,000 in cash in Barangay Bagong Pag-asa.

Police investigators said the two checked into an apartelle along Mindanao Avenue at around 1:10 a.m., two months after chatting on Facebook.

Khangura told investigators that the woman got angry at him after he refused to pay for her sexual services.

He alleged that the woman left the room, secretly carrying the ignition key of his motorcycle.

When the woman did not return, Khangura left the room and discovered that his Yamaha Mio motorcycle was gone.

The victim reported the incident to the Project 6 police station.
