MANILA, Philippines — Musician The Weeknd has released the official music video for his single "Out of Time" from his latest album "Dawn FM," and joining him are some very special guests.

For nearly the entirety of the video, The Weeknd — whose real name is Abel Tesfaye — is accompanied by "Squid Game" star and model HoYeon Jung for a night of karaoke.

This is HoYeon's first music video experience outside of South Korea, having appeared in boy band 100%'s "Beat" and Kim Yeon-woo's "Move."

The music video cuts between The Weeknd and HoYeon meeting for a night, and intercuts with the two singing the song itself at a karaoke area, inside an elevator, and around an empty hotel.

Toward the end of the video, as HoYeon exits, a familiar voice is heard in actor Jim Carrey as he narrates while performing surgery and placing a mask on The Weekend before peering through a magnifying lamp.

Carrey's participation is only a small surprise as he features on the "Dawn FM" album, narrating three songs including, "Out of Time."

His narration is also used in The Weeknd's previous music video "Sacrifice," the single that precedes this recent release, where the events followed the storyline of the album's debut single's music video "Take My Breath."

The Weeknd was recently announced as the new headliner for Coachella 2022 alongside house group Swedish Housh Mafia as a replacement for Kanye West, who backed out, while Jim Carrey can currently be seen in "Sonic the Hedgehog 2" in cinemas.

HoYeon Jung won the Screen Actor's Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Actress in a Drama Series for her role in "Squid Game" and will feature next in the AppleTV+ series "Disclaimer" and the Hollywood movie "The Governesses."
