Circuit Fest kicks off despite bad weather

MANILA, Philippines - Despite the bad weather, fans flocked to Circuit Makati to watch the first international festival that combined the music and skate culture into one festive event of awesome music, impressive skateboard tricks and crazy mosh pits.
