DMCI Homes nears completion of Batangas beachfront project

MANILA, Philippines — DMCI Homes of the Consunji Group has reached a major construction milestone for its 7.5-hectare Solmera Coast beachfront estate in Batangas, with the company completing the structural framework of all five buildings in the project’s resort component.
The topped-off buildings are part of Solmera Beach Park Resort, the estate’s resort and condotel component which is slated to open in February next year.
Among the buildings, Matahari is scheduled for occupancy in February 2027, followed by Kartika in May and Bumi in August.
“With all five buildings now structurally complete, DMCI Homes moves closer to opening Solmera Beach Park Resort and advancing the vision for Solmera Coast as a topnotch beachfront leisure and investment destination in San Juan, Batangas,” the company said.
The resort, which will be operated by DMCI Resorts, will offer a range of leisure amenities alongside facilities for meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions and other social events.
The resort’s main convention center, which has a capacity for 1,000 people, will feature a function hall of over 2,000 square meters, complemented by a 935-square-meter veranda.
DMCI Homes said Solmera Coast has attracted interest from investors and beach enthusiasts as the only tropical Asian-inspired beach park condotel in San Juan, Batangas.
The resort’s condotel units offer income-generating opportunities through a rental program managed by DMCI Resorts.
Solmera Coast is the flagship project of DMCI Homes under its leisure brand, DMCI Homes Leisure Residences.
As a new brand of DMCI Homes, DMCI Homes Leisure Residences will offers resort-condotels in sought-after vacation destinations across the country.
