MANILA, Philippines — A billboard along C5 bearing a message from an individual asking their significant other not to break up with them has gone viral, with several Filipinos speculating a celebrity might have been behind it.
The billboard situated above Intrepid Plaza in Quezon City, meaning it can be seen by southbound motorists on C5, reads, "'Wag na tayo mag break please :( Love, D." It is accompanied by a customized broken hearts emoji above the message.

One Facebook user took a video of the billboard and, as of writing, it has surpassed 17 million views, nearly 400,000 reactions, 42,000 shares and 11,000 comments.
Individuals began to theorize who was the "D" in the billboard message, with some guessing it could even be actors Dominic Roque or Daniel Padilla.
Dominic and his fiancee Bea Alonzo ended their engagement last month, while Daniel and long-time partner Kathryn Bernardo officially confirmed their breakup after a decade-long relationship last November.
Neither actor came forward to confirm or deny being involved in the viral billboard, but singer Darren Espanto quipped about it when he was tagged by several online users.
"Ako talaga 'to. 'Di ko lang sinasabi kasi private love life ko. HAHHAHAHA. Kainis," Darren said.
Darren has long been linked with actress Cassy Legaspi, though neither of them have outright said they were an item.
