BINI considers Coachella performance a 'dream come true'
MANILA, Philippines — The Nation's Girl Group BINI said that it's inclusion in the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival 2026 lineup is a dream come true.
In an interview with TV Patrol during the the group's fan meet courtesy of local lighting company Akari, the group's leader Jhoanna Robles admitted she and her companion were not expecting their dream to come so soon.
"Lagi naming sinasabi kapag interviews na ano 'yung dream namin, Coachella lagi ang gino-goal namin. Hindi lang namin ine-expect na mangyayari siya so soon, next year. Grabe," Jhoanna said.
"Sobrang saya po namin kasi 'yung BINI, 'yung team namin, 'yung glam team namin, sobrang saya for us," Colet Vergara added in agreement. "Ito 'yung number one naming mina-manifest. Open kami na mag-Coachella. Grabe, thank you, Lord."
Sheena Catacutan said that it was another member, Stacey Sevilleja, that first find out about BINI's Coachella gig but the group initially didn't believe her.

“Kailangan mag-allot ng time for Coachella para mapakita who we are and what we got," Sheena said.
Akari expressed excitement about its partnership with BINI, who are endorsing limited edition fans of the company, ahead of the group's Coachella performance next year.
"We're happy to be working with the best in the Philippines, and we know that BINI embodies what it means to be a true Filipino on both a local and international scale," said Gerard Tan, Akari's digital technology director.
"We are happy and proud of them. Congratulations to them sa Coachella. That's what makes them the best. They get to perform on an international stage. We look forward to it," Tan added.
