Selena Gomez brings 'Stars Dance' tour to Manila

MANILA, Philippines - World-wide, multi-platinum-selling singer and actress Selena Gomez has announced that her international 'Stars Dance' tour will continue with dates in Asia and Australia. The newly added dates include Japan, China, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines and Australia, and her concert in Manila will be on Jan. 29, 2014 at the Araneta Coliseum.

“I am having the most incredible time on this tour and am so excited to perform in Asia and Australia for the first time!” said Selena. Since the tour began in Vancouver on August 14, Stars Dance has hit more than 50 cities throughout more than 15 countries and has featured Selena’s well-known hits including Love You Like a Love Song, Who Says, Naturally, Hit the Lights, and hits from her new album, Come & Get It and Slow Down.

As an artist, Selena has already sold more than 10 million singles in the United States, along with three RIAA-certified top-ten debuting gold albums, and three No. 1 Billboard Dance Singles. Her last album, When The Sun Goes Down with Selena Gomez & The Scene was released June 28, 2011 and was certified gold in November of that year. Selena, who became popular as Alex Russo in the Disney TV series Wizards of Waverly Place, has starred in several blockbuster movies including Spy Kids 3, Another Cinderella Story, Ramona and Beezus, Monte Carlo, Spring Breakers and Getaway.
