Park Eun Bin headlines 'Spellbound' remake 'Spooky In Love'

MANILA, Philippines — After the hit action-comedy series "The Wonderfools," Park Eun-bin is back with another potential hit series remake of the 2011 movie "Spellbound" that starred Son Ye-jin.
Eun-bin leads the cast of "Spooky In Love," the latest remake of the 2011 movie that also stars Lee Min-ki.
The romantic-comedy features Eun-bin as Cheon Yeo-ri, an heiress and hotel executive who keeps a haunting secret — she sees the spirits of people who met unjust deaths.
Yeo-ri teams up with cold case prosecutor Ma Gang-uk, played by "Dr. Romantic" actor Yang Se-jong, who is afraid of the undead.
When these two seemingly polar opposites find themselves working together, romantic feelings develop between them.
Completing the main cast is "Strong Girl Nam-soon" actor Ong Seong-wu as Kang Min-hwan, the executive of another hotel.
"Resident Playbook" director Lee Min-soo directs the project on a script by screenwriter Choi Jung-mi.
"Spooky In Love" will air on Korean television channel tvN and stream globally via Netflix beginning July 18, with new episodes every Saturday and Sunday.
