Sandara Park responds to Park Bom’s viral post: ‘I have never used drugs’
MANILA, Philippines — Sandara Park on Wednesday, March 4, denied the drug-related allegations of her fellow 2NE1 member Park Bom.
“I have never used drugs. I wish her well,” Sandara’s short Instagram Story update read.
Park Bom and Sandara or Dara are part of the four-member South Korean girl group 2NE1.
Park Bom, on Tuesday, March 3, alleged that she was used to cover up Sandara’s alleged drug case.
“Sandara Park was caught in a drug case and, to cover it up, made Park Bom into a drug addict,” Park Bom wrote in Korean in a now-deleted viral post.
Apart from Dara, Bom’s letter also mentioned their other member, Lee Chae-rin, or CL.
Bom said that she was cautious about uploading the letter that might cause an uproar, but she wanted to clarify about Adderall. In 2010, she was the subject of an investigation after she was found to have imported Adderall into South Korea, a substance that is banned in the country.
Bom’s indictment was suspended after it was found out that the medication was intended for her treatment. The singer disclosed that she was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder.
A close associate of Bom said on Tuesday to extend understanding to the singer who has been in hiatus since August 2025 due to health reasons.
