MANILA, Philippines — P-pop group ALAMAT is poised to stage its major solo concert, “ALAMAT: The Legendary Experience,” on Nov. 8 at the New Frontier Theater.

The upcoming concert marks another milestone for the multilingual group, following its first solo concert, “Dagundong,” held at the same venue in 2023, and its second solo concert, “Ragasa,” in 2024.

Directed by Paolo Valenciano, the forthcoming music event serves as a reflection of ALAMAT’s journey and growth as a group.

“This isn’t just a concert. This is OUR story. This is OUR legacy. This is ALX. ALAMAT THE LEGENDARY EXPERIENCE,” the group shared.

Since its debut in 2021 with the multilingual R&B track kbye, ALAMAT has continued to make waves in the music scene, receiving the R&B Song of the Year award for Sinigang at The Filipino Music Awards 2026.

ALAMAT has also performed on international stages, including at a sold-out concert in Dubai and at The A Festival, recently held at the Paris Event Center.

In the five years they have been together, the members have shared their own “legendary experiences” as part of the group.

“My legendary experience in being in the group is being a musician because I learned how to play instruments when I became an ALAMAT member,” Alas shared at a presscon.

“So, I will treasure it and will never forget it until I grow old.”

For Jao, joining the group made him realize the importance of reconnecting with his roots. “And with the legendary experience, this time, mas kakaiba siya compared to all the other concerts and performances we’ve done before. It’s gonna be a culmination of our experiences from the past five years, and of course, parang hindi lang basta yung history namin yung tatahakin namin parang ibubuhos talaga namin lahat dito kaya it’s gonna be a legendary experience.”

R-Ji added that he considers every performance, particularly those abroad, and the group’s growth as artists to be part of their “legendary experience.”

“Madami kasing factor na matatawag ko siyang legendary experience. For example, pag-perform namin sa ibang bansa. Actually, sobrang saya po namin nun, and siguro every performance is a legendary experience for me. But I think, ang pinaka (legendary) is our growth as an artist,” he shared.

On the other hand, Mo echoed Jao’s sentiments, emphasizing the importance of reconnecting with their roots and taking pride in where they came from.

“Where you came from, kahit saan pa ‘yan, kahit saang sulok ka ng mundo, ang sarap kasing isigaw and ipakilala sa mundo na dito ako galing, ito yung pinagmamalaki ko. Kung wala ‘tong lugar na ’to, wala ako dito,” he shared.

“And of course, in the five years that we’ve been together, it’s also our growth, not only as artists but also the lifestyle and personality development. We’ve learned a lot from each other, and it’s a huge factor that we’re a group because we helped each other out. It’s a big thing,” he continued.

For Tomas, his “legendary experience” lies in the sense of family he has built with ALAMAT, VIVA and the people working behind the scenes to support them.

“Because these are the things that I couldn’t explain sa mga nanonood sa amin, but yung mga experience namin dito sa likod, in creating songs and stories, in every music video, our individual stories na parang kahit papaano, nafi-feel yung tanong sa mga sarili namin. That’s what I could say is my legendary experience,” he shared.

“I would say not just witnessing but being part of a group that came together and grew together, despite our differences in terms of where we came from. We came from different provinces and iba-iba kami ng pinanggalingan,” Taneo added.

“So, just witnessing that and being part of that growth together, and somehow making it work and making it unique, that’s a legendary experience for me.”

Taneo hails from Kalinga, Mo from Zambales, Jao from Pampanga, Tomas from Albay, R-Ji from Eastern Samar and Alas from Davao City.

Tickets for “ALAMAT: The Legendary Experience” are available via the TicketNet website.
