'Fallout' drops 1st season episodes on YouTube for limited time
MANILA, Philippines — Prime Video surprised "Fallout" fans with plans to release all episodes from the first season of the series based on the popular video game.
"Fallout" is set in post-apocalypic United States following a nuclear holocaust where survivors navigate what remains in the wasteland.
Starring in the series adaptation are Ella Purnell as vault dweller Lucy MacLean, Aaron Moten as Maximus of the Brotherhood of Steel, and Walton Goggins as a gunslinging ghoul formerly known as Cooper Howard.
Prime Video is slowly rolling out the Season 1 episodes on its YouTube channel, where they will remain until February 11 — a week after the Season 2 finale.
"Fallout" Season 2 episodes were released weekly compared to the first season, which dropped in full back in 2024.
The series' first season received multiple Emmy nominations (mostly in technical categories), including Outstanding Drama Series and Outstanding Lead Actor - Drama for Walton.
