Willie Revillame reveals new format in online game show 'Wilyonaryo'

Manila, Philippines — Willie Revillame's 65th birthday gift is his return to hosting a game show via “Wilyonaryo.”
The 2025 senatorial aspirant will begin hosting the show on his own website on January 25, two days before he turns 65.
It is a hybrid show comparable to today’s popular e-gaming platforms in the country. It was originally planned for online streaming before being offered airtime by TV5.
Willie said at his press conference yesterday that plans to air on TV5 were affected after the resignation of Jane Basas earlier this year. The host was talking with the former president and chief executive officer of MediaQuest, the mother company of the media arm of MVP Group of Companies.
The upcoming show features a raffle-style game that lets anyone from Luzon, Visayas, to Mindanao try their luck and aim for prizes, such as P2 million. It is said to have been approved by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Previously, his shows’ contestants had to be in the studio to try their luck at opening the boxes. Now, participants can join from the comfort of their homes and still have a chance to become millionaires.
