'PBB' housemates star in new ABS-CBN, GMA collab 'Secrets of Hotel 88'
MANILA, Philippines — ABS-CBN and GMA Network are set to collaborate again for upcoming series "Secrets of Hotel 88" starring the housemates of "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition."
A social media video announcement featured the inclusion of Kapamilya housemates Brent Manalo, River Joseph, Ralph De Leon, Esnyr, Bianca De Vera, Xyriel Manabat, and Kira Balinger.
Representing from Kapuso end of the "Pinoy Big Brother" house are Mika Salamanca, Will Ashley, AZ Martinez, Dustin Yu, and Josh Ford.
Xyriel shared that Klarisse de Guzman was also part of the show, "'Wag po nating kalilimutan kasama rin natin si Mowm."
"Ang nararamdaman ko ngayon, puno lang ako ng kasiyahan at excitement. Kasi ang tagal namin pinag-usapan ito sa loob ng bahay," Will said while Esnyr added, "Sobrang saya po kasi siyempre, parang this is not our first time in a show. Ito po yung pinaka-minamamanifest namin before."
In a report by "24 Oras," the former housemates shared that they underwent a workshop for the project.

"Sobrang grateful kami na nabigyan kami ng chance na mag-workshop and matuto i-unlock 'yung mga skills and mag-explore pa ng mga bagong techniques," Dustin said then.
"Working with GMA is always such a pleasure. So, to be able to be part of such a collaboration, isa siyang malaking privilege bilang isang artista," Bianca added.
According to the report, “Secrets of Hotel 88” is a family mystery drama series that deals with love and friendship.
"Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition" was a historic collaboration between ABS-CBN and GMA featuring artists from both networks' talent agencies.
After over a hundred days inside the "Pinoy Big Brother" house, Brent and Mika were voted as winners by Filipino viewers.
