Ryan Bang's fiancee takes down proposal pics, spurs talks of broken engagement
KELOWNA, Canada — Rumors are beginning to spread of the wedding between "It's Showtime" host Ryan Bang and non-showbiz partner Paola Huyong no longer pushing through after the latter deleted posts of Ryan on her Instagram page, including their engagement last year.
Instagram users noticed that no photos of or with Ryan could be found on Paola's Instagram page.
In fact, in a video Paola uploaded last August 27 for the launch of Liverpool Football Club's new home jersey in the Philippines, many users pointed out she was not wearing her engagement ring.
Ryan, however, still has on his feed the image carousel of his August 2024 proposal to Paola. Both individuals also still follow each other on the platform.
The host-comedian did take down some posts that had Paola in them, including a June post from last year where their families met.
Fans began flooding Ryan's posts, particularly the engagement carousel, wondering if the wedding would still push through. Paola, on her part, has limited the commenting on her posts.
Ryan and Paola dated for a year before their engagement and were due to be wed in Manila sometime next year.
