MANILA, Philippines — Star Magic and its head Laurenti Dyogi issued statements addressing the privacy of the members of the "Nation's Girl Group" BINI.

The response was a result of circulating incidents involving two BINI members, Aiah and Maloi, as their personal spaces were being invaded during their time outside the group.

An advisory by Star Magic, both in English and Filipino, was posted on BINI's social media pages last July 4, reminding the public the definition of sexual harassment.

"We would like to remind everyone that any action or advance toward a woman in a public place that is unwanted and threatens her sense of personal space may be considered as gender-based street and public space sexual harassment," the advisory read.

Star Magic also asked the public to respect their artists' personal space and privacy especially during their time off, adding they would take appropriate action when necessary for their protection.

A video of Direk Lauren was also posted on BINI's social media pages where he began by thanking Blooms, fans of BINI, for attending the group's three-day sold-out debut solo concert but admitted to knowing about the viral incidents involving Aiah and Maloi.

"Nakikiusap ako personally na sana pag ang mga miyembro ay nasa kanilang personal time, please show respect," Dyogi said. "Tao rin po sila, kailangan din nila makisalamuha sa ibang tao."

The executive acknowledged Blooms may be excited to see them in person but reminded fans the members have a hectic schedule especially with their Grand BINIverse concert in Araneta Coliseum this October, reiterating the advisory's words regarding grounds for sexual harassment.

BINI announced they would stage the Grand BINIverse concert during the last of their three-day shows in New Frontier Theater, also giving an early glimpse of their upcoming single "Cherry On Top."
