MANILA, Philippines — Kapamilya host Vice Ganda just laughed off a query regarding the filing of criminal charges against him and boyfriend Ion Perez by the Kapisanan ng Social Media Broadcasters ng Pilipinas, Inc. (KSMBPI)

In an interview with TV5's Von Belinario during the recent birthday celebration of Urban Smile Dental Clinic founder Ralph Figaroa Delas Alas, Vice declined to say his reaction to the charges and just laughed it off.

"I'm here to enjoy," Vice said.

"Let's enjoy the night," he added.

The KSMBPI claimed that Vice and Ion violated Article 201 of the Revised Penal Code, Republic Act No.10175, or Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.

The filing of charges is related to Vice and Ion's alleged "indecent act" during the "Isip Bata" segement of "It's Showtime" that caused a pending 12-day suspension from the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB).
