The four talented young men of The Tide, Austin Corini (lead singer and guitar), Levi Jones (bass and vocals), Drew Dirksen (guitar and vocals), and Nate Parker (drums) love the Philippines and the droves of millennials who trekked to the malls to catch the group.

“We enjoyed and love the Philippines. The people are very hospitable, the girls are all beautiful and the accommodations are awesome!” said Drew.

Nate and Austin tried eating balut (fermented duck egg), adobo and tuyo (anchovies) with kamatis (tomatoes). They are planning to come back and visit Cebu and Palawan.

“We feel the warm welcome and love,” commented Levi.

Before The Tide was formed in early 2015, Drew and Nate were together in a band in Ohio and were spotted by the band’s eventual manager on YouTube. The same manager also spotted Levi doing acoustic covers on the same website. Austin then was gaining recognition for his performance on "The X Factor USA." The four became the first group signed on to “Steady,” the new label of the widely-acclaimed British pop rock group, The Vamps.

In just two years, the band has claimed international fame via its hit songs, “Young Love” and “Click My Fingers.” They are also known for their unique covers of hits by One Direction, The Weeknd, and The 1975 on their YouTube channel.

The Tide world tour is making the rounds in the UK, the US, and Asia.
