Report: Clashing personalities caused Taylor, Calvin split
MANILA, Philippines – Many Filipino fans broke on Thursday as reports came out about the breakup of Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris.
Taylor’s Filipino fans are shipping for their relationship, especially after their relationship has lasted for a year.
According to an article from People.com, sources said clashing personalities has led to their breakup.
Contrary to Taylor’s “outgoing personality,” one source said that Harris is just the complete opposite.
“He's super chill and very quiet," said the source. "He just doesn't like the hoopla … with the squad and all of that. He doesn't like to have cameras in his face all the time. He's a private guy.”
Despite the breakup, another source said the two remain friends, which was affirmed by Harris via Twitter on Friday (Philippine time).
“The only truth here is that a relationship came to an end [and] what remains is a huge amount of love and respect,” he said.
