Lovi Poe after breakup: I'm happy where I am

MANILA, Philippines — Lovi Poe is happy despite being loveless in her birthday month.

The Kapuso actress recently broke up with her boyfriend Rocco Nacino.

"I just want to keep it private, kung ano man ang nangyari," she replied when asked to reveal what really caused their breakup, in an interview on Wednesday. 

Despite being loveless, Lovi said she's "completely happy" where she is, especially after several changes in her life.

"I'm more focused and more mature. I'm so happy right now kasi mahilig ako lumabas noon, ngayon I get to stay at home and work, have a healthy lifestyle," she explained.

Meanwhile, Lovi has expressed her full support to her half-sister Sen. Grace Poe, who's part of the presidential race and whose nationality is being questioned. 

"She knows naman that I support her," she said. "Who she considers her family are natural-born Filipino, so as she."

Just because of certain circumstances doesn't mean  she's less of a person," she added.

Lovi will have a concert with Solenn Heussaff titled "Fantaisie," which will happen on February 6 at the Music Museum in San Juan City.
