Jiro in Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho

MANILA, Philippines – After completing his rehabilitation, Jiro Manio sits down with Jessica Soho for an exclusive interview tonight on GMA 7’s Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho (KMJS).

Jiro, who stayed in the rehabilitation facility for the past seven months, is now under the care of Ai-Ai delas Alas. The Comedy Queen was Jiro’s mother in the Tanging Ina movie series. Jiro will narrate what really happened before he was found wandering around the airport last year. Ai-Ai, on the other hand, will share why she decided to take on the role of Jiro’s real-life mother and how she plans to help him get back on track.

Meanwhile, everyone from Batanes to Jolo will get a chance to look at the wedding preparations and highlights of the much-awaited Vic Sotto-Pauleen Luna wedding. After fighting for their relationship for four years, Poleng and Bossing are ready to exchange their “I do’s” in front of the altar.

KMJS will also take a look into various stories in Leyte, Saranggani, Laguna, Banaue and Romblon. In Baybay, Leyte, a unique gay wrestling match is getting popular. Here, players fight each other wearing their ostentatious outfits of the day or OOTDs. In Saranggani, on the other hand, locals celebrate the abundant supply of bangsi or flying fish with their annual Bangsi Festival. The main event of the festival? Grilling tons of flying fish.

Get to know Rowena Andia, the “Amats Diva of Laguna.” Rowena will leave viewers in awe with her rendition of  Bulag, Pipi at Bingi. But Rowena admitted that she was under the influence of alcohol when she went all out on her viral performance. Watch out for a surprise for Rowena, as she goes on an intoxicatingly good showdown with two great divas from the Philippine music industry.

In Banaue, two nine-year-old kids will prove that poverty can be the driving force to realize a dream. Leonard and Bradley improvised and constructed their own helicopter toys by using old cartons and broken materials. KMJS will help the two aspiring pilots to realize some of their dreams.

Lastly, KMJS will explore the waters of Romblon to help viewers understand and appreciate the natural phenomenon called blue hole — a visible wide hole in the middle of the sea.
