New recording artist sings of young love

MANILA, Philippines - It’s a wonder how Pauline Cueto (photo), singer of the saccharine-sweet song Dreamboy Ng Buhay Ko, is able to give the song the right emotional interpretation when in real life, the 16 year old never had a boyfriend or a suitor.

“I think it’s a plain case of good acting,” says a veteran entertainment columnist who watched Pauline sing on YouTube. “Pauline’s acting coach should be properly credited.”

Pauline is a senior high school student of St. Mary’s School in Pasay City where she first honed her craft for singing.

Dreamboy Ng Buhay Ko, written especially for Pauline by Sunny Ilacad, is now enjoying massive airplay and is being sung by young girls. Distributed by MCA, it is available at all Astrovision outlets.
