Ronnie is Global Handwashing envoy for ARMM

MANILA, Philippines - Ronnie Liang (second from right, with DepEd Regional Sec. Dr. John Magno, leftmost, and DOH Regional Sec. Dr. Kadil Sinolinding) was named Global Handwashing Ambassador by the Department of Health (DOH) and the Department of Education (DepEd) for the Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao (ARMM). Ronnie is a former Brigada Skwela ambassador, a teacher and a Bachelor of Education (major in General Science) graduate.

Ronnie was invited to grace the ceremony of Global Handwashing Day at the ARMM Capitol in Cotabato City. Also present were foreign partner GIZ, and ARMM teachers and students. With the DepEd and DOH secretaries, Ronnie demonstrated the proper way of handwashing. He also serenaded the crowd.
